	<description><![CDATA[<p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">呢個好易整,又好味,大家都試下吖.</font><a href="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1227798-IMGP0662a.JPG"><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000"><img src="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1227798-IMGP0662a.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></font></a><br /><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">Ingredients:<br />170 g butter, softened <br />100 g white sugar <br />2 egg yolks <br />220 g Plain flour <br />1/2 teaspoons baking power<br />Strawberry Jam (any flavor) </font></p><p><span><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">1.In a bowl, cream butter, sugar and egg yolks together. Mix in flour a little bit at a time until a soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart onto a baking tray. Use your finger to make a well in the center of each cookie and fill with jam.</font></span></p><p><span><font size="2"><font color="#000000"><font face="georgia,palatino">2.<span>Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven(190 degree), until golden brown on the bottom. Bake 20 mins. Split into two parts. <br />2.Cream---Beat whipping cream,butter,vanilla extra and icing sugar together until thick. Keep refrigerate. <br />3.Strawberry---Put diced strawberry and cream between two sponge cakes. And put strawberry on the surface for decoration.</font></p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><font face="georgia,palatino" color="#000000"><font size="2">這陣子,一連看了多本蔡瀾作品,"老瀾遊記三","四位老友","四趣也", "蔡瀾七談日本"....等都相當好看吖.於是上網查閱其他相關資料,才知道原來無線四月時有蔡瀾飲食特輯---</font><a href="http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/2FJqBOguCxg/" target="_blank" title="蔡瀾逛菜欄03之順德C"><font size="2" color="#0093bb">蔡瀾逛菜欄</font></a></font><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">. 其中一集講到順德"薑汁撞奶",做法簡易. </font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">這裡我想略帶一提,London物價高昂,百物騰貴,唯獨奶類產品相對便宜, 一支1.136 litre的鮮奶賣76 pence,比一支350 ml的可樂還要平.所以英式奶茶都用鮮奶去沖.嘻嘻,用來做薑汁撞奶絕對不用吝惜,就算失敗了也不怕呀.幸好第一次做,嘗算成功.</font></p><p><a href="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1081252-IMGP0527a.JPG"><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000"><img src="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1081252-IMGP0527a.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></font></a><br /><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">1)放一湯匙薑汁於碗內. <br />2)牛奶於煲內放糖輕拌,用溫火煮至70~80度(蔡瀾話睇到旁邊有小泡泡就得)<br />3)快手將牛奶倒入薑汁碗內,蓋上等三,四分鐘.<br /></font><a href="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1081253-IMGP0529a.JPG"><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000"><img src="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1081253-IMGP0529a.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></font></a><br /><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">好神奇地,牛奶真的會凝固.食落有點兒似豆腐花.好味吖!</font></p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">自從上次整完Fruit tart之後,就冇整過pastry. 今次試下整BB成日食既mini apple pie.</font></p><p><font size="2"><font color="#000000"><font face="georgia,palatino"><strong>Making Pastry:</strong><br />200g plain flour<br />1/2 teaspoon salt<br />115g butter,chilled<br />1 egg yolk<br />1/4 teaspoon lemon juice<br />2-3 tablespoons iced water<br />Mix the ingredients together to form a dough,wrap in cling film and chill for at least 30 mins.<br /><br /></font></font><font color="#000000"><font face="georgia,palatino"><strong>Apple filing:<br /></strong>2 apples, diced, slight cook with lemon juice,vanilla essence,sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle over the cakes when cooled. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#000000">之前整fruit tart果陣買左好多strawberry,今日用埋嚟整pancake.</font></p><p><a href="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=929603-Copy%20of%20IMGP0336.JPG"><img src="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=929603-Copy%20of%20IMGP0336.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="430" height="240" /></a></p><p><font style="background-color: #ffff99">&nbsp;<font face="georgia,palatino" size="2"><strong>Making Pancakes&nbsp;(5~6件):</strong>&nbsp;</font></font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">85 g plain flour</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">1~2 teaspoons cater sugar</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">1 egg</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">225 ml milk(water)</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">about 15 g melted butter</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">1.Sift the flour into a bowl along with cater sugar.</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">2.Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and put the egg and some of the liquid.</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">3.With a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients. When the mixture is smooth, add the remaining liquid.</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" style="background-color: #ffff99">4.Grease the saucepan lightly with a little melted butter. Pour 3~4 tablespoons batter into the pan.
