<title><![CDATA[壽司嗎?]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">天氣太寒冷,我想起熱騰騰的"煲仔菜".蘿蔔+牛腩是不二之選.在Google上search"蘿蔔牛腩煲",發現有大量相關的食譜.而且煮法不一,有些用生抽老抽,有些用柱侯醬,有些用花椒八角,桂皮,甘草甚至十三香粉.看了之後一頭霧水,不知要跟那個做法好. 然後在不知看完了多少篇文章之後,綜合了一個比較簡單且合理的做法.嘿嘿...想吃就要做功課,誰叫自己到了異鄉.....</font></p><p><a href="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1070467-IMGP0521a.JPG"><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000"><img src="http://wheat21.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=48858&amp;resource=1070467-IMGP0521a.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></font></a><br /><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2" color="#000000">我的綜合做法:<br />1.牛腩出水後,放入花椒八角,大量白糊叔粉,水,鹽,冰糖,蔥段燜二個小時.熄火後,多放二個小時.<br />2.白蘿蔔切塊,在砂煱中用姜片略炒去寒氣,加入燜牛腩的高湯燜15分鐘.加入牛腩再燜15分鐘. 加入香茜,原煲乘上.</font></p>]]></description>
