自從上次整完Fruit tart之後,就冇整過pastry. 今次試下整BB成日食既mini apple pie.
Making Pastry:
200g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
115g butter,chilled
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons iced water
Mix the ingredients together to form a dough,wrap in cling film and chill for at least 30 mins.
Apple filing:
2 apples, diced, slight cook with lemon juice,vanilla essence,sugar and cinnamon. Fill the pastry case with the apple mixture.
Making the top layer and deocration.(呢步好好玩呀,任你做咩圖案都得.就o黎聖誕節,所以我做左個Christmas pattern).
焗出黎既時侯真係好香,因為有牛油,蘋果同肉桂粉既香味.同上次整fruit tart比,今次快左好多.前後用左兩個鐘.哈哈.
