一連幾個posts都係關於食.冇法啦~.....因為我發覺我已經變左個師奶.而又冇可否認係London生活,對我而言提供左一個良好既烹飪環境;1)唔使番工,2)廚房設備齊全,因素:1)外出選擇不多,2)外出飲食唔就腳,3)外出飲食貴(當然同香港比較).

呀喲!....要講番我d蛋糕仔先,今次我跟足西式食譜做,有"西方"既口味------就係個人認為太甜啦.emotion

Cup cakes(making 12):
125g self-raising flour
125g butter
125g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract 
2 eggs 
2 tbsp milk

Preheat the oven to 190C, mix the ingredients together, spoon into the tin and bake for 12~15mins until golden on the top.

Lemon icing topping:
50g icing sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Some lemon skins

Mix the juice into the icing sugar and stir until well blended. Drizzle over the cakes when cooled. Top with some lemon skins.

おいしいそうだ~~ 即係話好似好好食0甘波,我都好中意煮也食嘎,不過我極度討厭洗碗咯,所以有mood煮的時候就要林埋有沒mood洗碗haha.不過我覺得自己係煮也食方面好有talent嘎,不過只限中餐了,嗯,應該係西餅除外.我5中意整蛋糕,雖然極度中意食,我覺得整餅d分量全部都要好精確,樣樣要跟到足,自由度好似沒0甘大咯,同埋d用具又多又貴,嘻嘻
下次,你整完可以mail過來啤我試食呢,我非常樂意的說~~~ hohohahaa lol

Meow皇,我同意呀.整蛋糕個recipe好緊要,基本上要跟足分量先得.我之前就失敗過幾次啦,就係懶,唔跟分量(落少隻蛋..etc),又唔用Kitchen scale去"稱",125g plain flour就真係要125g.

講開用具,因為諗住既然買左,就用多幾次,睇睇下其他d recipe又好想試下整,結果用具就越買越多啦.-.-!!
