Thanks for Miss J 's suggestion to make chinese dumplings.

水餃篇
1.做餃子皮.

2.做餃子餡,豬肉同白菜(黃芽白)

3.包餃子.第一次包,包得太大隻同好醜樣 emotion. 求其包埋一齊就算.

4.下鍋煮熟(點水三次),另外煮上湯澆上. 配以浙江醋及豉油食用.

煎餃篇
1.話說d餃子餡用唔晒,第二日重新做餃子皮,包多次. 今次似樣d啦emotion.
