Ingredients:
170 g butter, softened
100 g white sugar
2 egg yolks
220 g Plain flour
1/2 teaspoons baking power
Strawberry Jam (any flavor)
1.In a bowl, cream butter, sugar and egg yolks together. Mix in flour a little bit at a time until a soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart onto a baking tray. Use your finger to make a well in the center of each cookie and fill with jam.
2.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven(190 degree), until golden brown on the bottom. Remove from cookies to cool on wire racks.
二月十八日是BB生日,隨了肥牛"打邊爐"外,還做了個士多啤梨蛋糕.本來我想用朱古力寫字,不過失敗左啦.
我的簡易做法:
1.Sponge Cake---Simply use "Sponge Cake Mix". Bake 20 mins. Split into two parts.
2.Cream---Beat whipping cream,butter,vanilla extra and icing sugar together until thick. Keep refrigerate.
3.Strawberry---Put diced strawberry and cream between two sponge cakes. And put strawberry on the surface for decoration.
